01 | Placing your order
After browsing our selection of wedding stationery items, choose the products you require and add to your cart. A form will appear where you can provide your text and any information you want us to know. Once you’ve added all your items to your cart, you can then place your order in one transaction.
02 | Proofing & approval
We will then compose your stationery within 3-5 business days. Once we’ve completed your initial draft, we will send you a digital proof to your email. Please check the draft carefully and request any adjustments if needed. We will endeavor to make the revisions within 1-2 business days. Two correction cycles are included in the base price and any additional revisions will be an addition $50.
03 | Receiving your order
Once you are satisfied with the design and have approved of the final proof, we will start production. We will print, cut, and package your items in-house within 5-10 business days.

How many to order
The number of guests is not equal to the number of invitations. You will only need one invitation per address. That means for a married couple or a family you will only need one invitation. We recommend adding extra invitation sets for lost or damaged mail, keepsakes, and for your photographer.
Larger quantities
We do offer larger quantities than those listed on our website, please contact us here to receive a custom quote.

10 months to go
Order your Save the Dates and send them out 8-9 months before your wedding day to inform your guests so they can reserve your special day.
7 months to go
Order your Formal Invitations and send them out 4-6 months before your wedding day. Include a Detail Card or Reception Card if you need to provide extra information for your guests. If you opt for a RSVP card with your formal invitations, set a response date no later than 1-2 months prior to your wedding day. This is so that you have enough time to organise the finer details and order your On the Day stationery.
2 months to go
Order your On the Day Stationery 1 month in advance of when you would like to receive your items. We recommend having your pieces in hand at least 2 weeks before your wedding day.
*for destination weddings, we recommend shifting your timelines for Save the Dates and Formal Invitations 2 months in advance to give your guests enough notice.

Semi Custom
We do not offer major changes to the design layouts of our Semi-Custom collections. Whilst wording changes such as adding parents names to the top of the suite, adding custom illustrations to the top can be accommodated for, layout changes to the Semi-Custom designs are not available. We suggest our Custom Design Services if you are looking to create a more custom or bespoke design.
Assembly
All orders are shipped flat and unassembled.
Shipping details
We ship orders through Australia Post with tracking and insurance. Whilst Australia Post is generally quite reliable, in the case of damaged or lost packages Oliver + Mura do not provide refunds as you will be able to make a claim with Australia Post. We will For international orders, please note that all tariffs or taxes are the responsibility of the client.
Paper
We recommend ordering a sample for wedding stationery if you are concerned about colour variances or material attributes. We source from many vendors for our products and cannot guarantee that all products will be in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays and refund purchases if necessary.
Marketing
Please note that all designs and products are the property of Oliver + Mura, we may use photos of our processes and works for marketing purposes on our social media or website. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Due to the custom nature of wedding stationery, we do not offer refunds or any type of cancellations for any custom or semi-custom items once the order is placed. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive please contact us here and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

We can print foreign languages, you can provide the text via email or a word document once the order is placed. Please ensure you’ve checked your text thoroughly as we will not be able to proof read for you.
